Don’t Know Where to Eat in San Diego? Try Restaurant Week!

San Diego is an up-and-coming food Mecca. While still behind larger metropolitan areas such as New York and Chicago, America’s Finest City boasts the best tacos and the best donuts in the nation, and is home to world-class chefs. But locals know that the culinary scene truly shines twice a year: during San Diego Restaurant Week.  That time is finally here.

For eight days, select eateries celebrate the fresh produce, local seafood and innovative craft beer pairings that have come to define our region with special prix-fixed menus. Two-course lunches ($10-20 per person) and three-course dinners ($20-50 per person) lets you select the dining experience within your budget.

This September, over 180 participating restaurants eagerly take part in the gustatory legacy. So if there’s a place you’ve been dying to try, now is the time. New to town or just visiting? Lucky you; you won’t want to miss out on this opportunity. Make sure to check the San Diego Restaurant Week website for an updated list of venues and menus.

Frequenters of the Crawl may see some recognizable names on this year’s list. Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chao (en route to OMNIA) and The Melting Pot (en route to Bassmnt) are both offering RW menus, as are Crawl venuesAnalog and FlorentCome for the food; stay for the clubs. We at Club Crawl San Diego promise we’ll take good care of you.
